[HPADM] Root user access policy

    Hi:

    Age old question "Should groups other than UNIX Admin's have root user
    access"

    I would like to present to my management the pro/cons of granting the
    operations and security department's super user access to all of or HP/UX
    servers and thought getting a consensus from the real world may help.

    If you allow others root user access what method is used (i.e. SUDO, RSAM
    etc.) what are some of the issues you deal with?
