    Hi:

We are in the process of evaluating various vendors' disk arrays for our new
HP/UX 11i (RISC) 8420 servers with MC/Serviceguard as the fail over
application. Of the top three (EMC, XP and IBM) we have discovered several
documents about non-compatibility if we use the IBM 800 disk array. These
documents state Vpaths are not supported with MC/Serviceguard, however IBM
claims they are and HP states use at you own risk.

Any real world comments would be appreciated.
