[HPADM] Disable telnet and rlogin

    I do not want users to use telnet and rlogin and force
    them to use SSH instead. How do I disable the 'telnet'
    and 'rlogin' services from HP-UX 11.i? What files I
    need to change and do I have to restart any daemon to
    take effects. Thanks
