[HPADM] Number of lines to be removed

    Hi admins,

    I have a file which is having some items. Under each Item their
    descriptions are given for about 2 lines, I want to keep the first line
    of the item and delete the rest 2 lines from each item in the file, For
    example

    Item : Number 1
    xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
    xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
    Item : Number 2
    xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
    xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

    From the above I have to align the lines of item number 1 and 2 and the
    rest of the lines have to be deleted. can anyone help on this.
