    Thanks to all who responded. The ERROR message still persists, though I suspect that's related to Sybase.
    To eliminate the cache exceeds available physical memory, I changed the maxdsiz a bit higher that it was
    set, and dropped the dbc_max_pct from the default of 50 to 20...
