[HPADM] ftpd error in syslog

    Hi

     

    I captured some error from my syslog as below

     

    ftpd [27315]: pam_open_session: General Commercial Security error.

    remshd [27331]: PAM Status - 33, PAM Error Message - General Commercial
    Security error

     

    Can anyone tell me what is General Commercial Security?

     

    My user is not able to do an ftp when this error occurs, but this is not
    happening every time when he is doing an ftp.
