[HPADM] remsh to itself

    Good Day All,
    I have a hp7410 we just acquired running HP-UX 11.11 which we call venus. I am having trouble doing a remsh to itself (Logged into venus I do remsh venus ls. It gives me Login Incorrect. I have these universal scripts for EMC TimeFinder that does remsh to systems running applications I want to sync and also applications on this system that I need to sync. I can do a remsh from any other system to this system with no problems. All the other systems are running HP-UX 11.0 and on those systems I can do a remsh to itself. I have venus entry in roots .rhosts on venus. I have venus defined in the /etc/hosts file. I can do a nslookup on venus and on the IP address. I have compared inetd.conf and resolve.conf between systems and they seem the same. Is there something different on 11.11 that I am missing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
