[HPADM] vgdisplay - problem disk

Admins,
Getting the following after replacing faulty disk - which is also preventing creation of ignite tape:
Other than that, system is running fine.
How to clear up problem so that warning messages are eliminated and ignite tape can be completed successfully.
This system is on 10.20.
