[HPADM] Installed patches

Hi gurus,

Machines: 1 K580, 2 K370
OS: HPUX 11.00

On these 3 servers, I notice many patches are in state "installed" rather than configured. Understand from swconfig, those patches have their supersedes installed. So I tried to unconfigure (swconfig -u) them. Although it's successful, "swlist -l fileset -a state" is still showing the same, they are still installed.
2 Questions:
1. Is this normal? If not, how to fix it?
2. Is there any harm leaving those patches in state of installed?

Regards,
Edi
