[HPADM] Surestore Optical Jukebox

Hi:

We are using Filenet and an HP Surestore 1200ex optical jukebox to manage
documents. Lately we have been having lots of hardware issues with the
jukebox, picker arm, motors, controllers etc. . It seems HP replaces one
part, runs their diagnostics, claim everything else is fine and 2 days later
we have another hardware issue.



Has/Does anyone in the field have the same issues, what has HP recommended
or done to resolve?
