[HPADM] Touch: DataProtector temp directory

Hello Fellow SAs:
I keep getting these errors periodically. It was
working previously. Could someone who is familiar with
DataProtector please give me some tips and point me in
the right direction.
I tried touching the file in the path it complains. I
was able to create one. I also am able to change the
timings. Please help.
