Subject: [HPADM] Extending Vxfs file system

I have a vxfs file system and I need to extend /opt. What is the best
method?

Here's what I was going to do:

First: go into single user mode. Check with fuser to make sure nothing

is active.
Second: lvextend -L 10240 /dev/vg00/logicalvolume

Will that do the job?
