[HPADM] Update - MOved to GIG - machine slow

I received several replies - really too many to
mention. Most of them suggested a duplex mismatch
which was not the case. It is also not DNS issue. I
have emailed Bob Vance who is still pursuing a
solution, hats off to this great thread
