[HPADM] Needs expriences

Hi admins,
We are going to use the NetApp produits for our server Unix
Which are used for inetrgation and developpement.
Il seems that we can choice the NFS and iSCSI(natif) protocol.
Can someones please help me to know which is better choice iSCSI or NFS ?
