[HPADM] Optimizing disk performance on MSA30 w/rx4640 box running hpux11.23

We have a new RX4640 running 11.23 and it has a MSA30 attached (dual
channel) with 12 36GB drives. Box will be running QAD and has a Progress
database. Any suggestions on optimizing disk performance on the MSA30 or
should we just default to RAID5 w/hot spare for the best mix of performance
and redundancy? TIA. Will summarize.
