Just an FYI on HP 3rd party software.

Willy

From what I heard from 3rd party companies is the fact that no one is
authorized to provide software support on HP software/OS and Patches.
Hardware support can be done through 3rd party if they are reliable from
their track record. Software contracts should still go through HP.

We are increasingly struggling with HP's support and the complexity of

their contract system, and so when we were approached by a third party

vendor who claims to be able to do all our HP hardware AND software

support, we were intrigued.

Has anyone out there done any business with an outfit called

"SourceDirect"? Any recommendations or horror stories to report?
