Note that you wouldn't be able to put 875MHz CPUs in this box, since it is
running HP-UX 11.00, and you need 11.11 to use the 875s

I do not see why you could not add an additional CPU. It is supposed to
have 1-3 slots. But if you are looking for more processing power you may
want to look at refurbished CPUs since the one I had here had 875
MHz CPUs in it It would change your model from a L3000-5x to an
L3000-8x but you would be increasing CPU cycles. Also the L3000 is now and
RP5470 is you want to look up information regarding that server.

Processors : 2 (550) Mhz

My Dba ask me to add some more cpu for oracle to be installed but I have
juste one cpu.

Question:

Is there any sens to add juste one cpu( total cpu == 3 ) ?
