[HPADM] How to verify if ftpserver & webserver are used ("last" command?)
Hi,
Bear with me as I'm new to HP-UX.
For ssh or telnet, I can use the "last" command to see
who have been accessing the HPUX servers last few days.
What's the equivalent command/logfile that I can use to
verify if there has been any access to a HPUX server's
ftp server & webservers (Apache & the built-in one
that comes with HPUX) for the last one month.
I need to harden/disable the services but not sure if
these services are being used (as I have just took over
the servers from previous admin).
Lastly, how do we disable the ftp & web servers/services?
In Solaris, we comment out the services in inetd.conf
& then do "kill -HUP inetd_pid"
Thanks
U
