[HPADM] Re: Urgent: pull out/put in GUI console won't reset console hung by SAM

This system comes with a management processor (MP). Connect to its serial
port using a
nullmodem cable (not a straight wired serial cable) using a terminal
(emulator) set to 9600-8-n-1.

There is documentation on docs.hp.com on how to use the MP card.
Using the MP, you will always have a safe access to the console prompt.

thanks, I tried something Mr Mueller suggested but it hangs at the end.
Anyone would like to comment where I went wrong with this :
The document at HP site(http://docs.hp.com/en/AD117-9007A/AD117-9007A.pdf)
is only a Quick Start Guide & could not help me more

To bring me to console prompt, HP suggested to press

Control + Shift + E release all keys & then press the keys
c f (hold them down together) but it did not give any response too.

Pressing Control-B will bring me back to the previous menu though.
HP support doesn't know what else to suggest.
