[HPADM] so many dots during startup/shutdown of Server(very slow reboot)

Good Day!
We are running 11.0 on Nclass(N4000-75). we have noticed that reboots take very long(12 hours)and our main concern is the huge number of dotted line (indicating long time stamp for most of the subagents) while transitioning from run level 3 to 2 during shutdown and same while start up. rest of the reboot process is very fast. Any clue as to why this may be? Thanks again and i will summarize
