[HPADM] ipfilter count problem 11.31

Hello all:

i've problems getting accounting rules back to work on two 11.31 HPUX machines.

For testing purpose I configured very simple ipf.rules
-8<------
count in all
count out all
->8-------

ipfstat -aio results in
0 count out from any to any
0 count in from any to any

# ipf -V
ipf: HP IP Filter: v3.5alpha5 (A.11.31.16) (376)
Kernel: HP IP Filter: v3.5alpha5 (A.11.31.16) Running: yes
Log Flags: 0 = none set
Default: pass all, Logging: available
Active list: 1

# ipfstat
input packets: blocked 352255 passed 4888670082 nomatch 10 counted 0 short 0
output packets: blocked 934 passed 5355278068 nomatch 9 counted 0 short 0


There is no problem with our older 11.23 machines, anyone tried accounting on 11.31 before ?
