[HPADM] manually increase swap use up to 100%?

Greetings:

How do I create a situation where I can manually increase swap use up to 100%?
I’m doing STAR testing on HP-UX and Linux and need to test thresholds of swap
usage in a controlled way.

Thanks & Regards

Brian.
