3510 JBOD as standalone DAS ?

    Hello,

    could anybody confirm/defirm that's possible to connect a 3510 JBOD direct to
    server using two FC pathes ?

    In more detail:
    I need a fast and redundant solution for a database.
    I do not really need a raid controller cause I need just mirrors which could be
    done by Volumemanager without cost and more or less no performance loss.
    One quick and dirty idea is the use of a 3510 JBOD. Use 2 FC Cards in the server
    to connect to. Now use Volumemanager and built mirrors using one submirror from
    each FC path to the 3510.
    Could this be done ?
