A1000 Serial cable

    Good afternoon everyone,

    I have recently been handed a bunch of Sun Storedge equipment that my manager
    would like me to get running. They are all SUN Raid modules. A1000, A3500, and
    A1500fc raid controllers.

    The problem is that over the time they have been dormant, the drives have been
    taken out, replaced with different ones, etc.. The raid controller will not
    talk to me in any way shape or form. I have tried every trick that I know of,
    new drives, first striping column, etc..

    What I am wanting to do is access the serial port on the rear of the
    controllers so that I can hard reset the data. There is no concern over saving
    what is on these devices.

    If anyone can tell me the pin-outs of the LSI Logistics board serial, or
    Ethernet port, as well as the commands needed after tipping in I would
    definitely appreciate it..
