    Thanks to all for the great help!!!

    I think I got it figured out (and the right terminology too). It seems
    to work best when all the IP's are on the same subnet. Was also
    mentioned that Sun's documents have mentioned it to be a requirement.
    Putting all the IP's on the same IP subnet made it work ( I would like
    to have done it the other way, but hey, it works).
