Sorry about that. Yes the fans are running just fine
now. The error messages however were there before and
after those strange objects were removed.

Are the fans running? You're not clear on that
point in your
message.
If they are, then its a sensor problem. If they
aren't, then those
little pieces were probably fairly important and the
warning messages
are
very real.
