Raid manager utility

Good Morning ,
Today as I walked into the office I noticed that one of the drives had
failed and the hot swap had taken over . I tried to start up the recovery
utility from the raid manager, but it refuses to start up. The raid utility
has just frozen up. I tried logging back in but in vain. I also tried the
'healthck -a ' remotely however, it is very slow to respond and does not
give me an output at all (frozen?). This is a production server and I do
not want to reboot it. Are there any tips that you could give me ?
