Hi Guys,
I have just built my Solaris 9 box as a dns server and have installed bind
9.2.2.
$ uname -a
SunOS shinda 5.9 Generic_112233-05 sun4u sparc SUNW,Ultra-5_10
I have it working just fine from all my unix boxes, for example:
$nslookup enermax <- returns the expected output with the correct name and
address.
However, from all my windows boxes I have to do the following in order to
get a correct output:
$nslookup enermax.chamkila.org
But, it should be able to give me the same output with $nslookup enermax,
but it does not.
Any ideas as to how I can get this to work? Any suggestions or comments
would be grately appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
