Any known problems with memory access and STL for Forte 7?

    Hello -

We've been seeing problems that one of our developers thinks are
memory access problems with the Standard Template Library (STL)
for Forte 7 (aka SunOne Studio 7 aka Forte Developer 7 :-) on our
    Solaris 9 systems.

Are there any known problems like this? One conjecture is that the
problems are due to using both C & C++ code in one of our shared
libraries? Should that be causing us problems?

For troubleshooting purposes, I was thinking that we might try
using STLport's Standard Library implementation, but the C++
User's Guide states that only version 4.5.2 is supported and
that version isn't available for download. Has anyone tried
this? If so, what version (I see that 4.5.3 is available)?

Thanks in advance for any help,
    Debbie
