Netra t1 ac200 in standby

    I have a Netra t1 ac200
    I rebooted it and it went into standby mode.
     
    I've tried the following commands without success
     
    poweron
    poweroff
    reset
    check
     
    I even changed the power supply but still it remains in standby mode.
     
    Can any one assist
