tcp-wrappers installed but no logging?

    Hello,
    With help of the mailing list i was able to get the newest Openssh &
    tcp-wrappers installed and working on all of our Sun boxes. I wanted to
    thank you ALL of you for all of your help .

    I do have a question in regards to tcp_wrappers and logging.
    when trying to connect to a box with ftp for example ..it denies the
    connection like i want it to .,..however on all the other boxes ive
    configured ...i get logging at least to console. this one doesnt do that
    ..and im sure its the level of logging within syslog.conf.

    any ideas what i can put in it so that it will log all connection attempts
    from inetd ?
