"couldnt set locale correctly"

    Dear List-

    i have installed solaris 9 on Ultra sparc E250
    but after i try to boot the system i get following error:

    "starting rpcbind couldnt set locale correctly"

    i am able to boot in command line only i try to start /etc/init.d/dtlogin
    start

    i get same error as mention above.

    any suggestions ?
