We just received several new SUN V480 and V240 servers. After we power on
the severs, none of them have messages display on color monitor. The color
monitor is black screen and little green light blinking next to power
button. After spend one and half days with two SUN engineers on-site,
eventually we figured out "keyboard must connect to USB1 and the mouse to
USB2". I have been worked on several different models of SUN like E280,
SB2000, V120. None of them are care USB1 or USB2.
Does there has document or web site mention V480 and V240 must put Mouse on
USB2?
or there has table mention which model of server mouse must put on USB2?
Thanks.
