Best approach to fix this ODS related problem...

    Hello Managers:

    I have a server which is coming up with the following information after I
    run
    "metastat" command.

    d15: Submirror of d5
        State: Needs maintenance
        Invoke: after replacing "Maintenance" components:
                    metareplace d5 c0t0d0s5 <new device>
        Size: 20975280 blocks
        Stripe 0:
            Device Start Block Dbase State Hot Spare
            c0t0d0s5 0 No Last Erred

    This is happening in the bootable disk "c0t0d0"
    and this disk is being mirrored to "c0t2d0". I don't have a solid
    understanding
    of ODS and looking to see which is the best approach to solve this problem
    without making it worse. "c0t0d0s5" partition having problem with is housing
    The "/usr" file system which I think is making it a bit more complicated.
