Solaris Management Console - "user partially modified" error

    Hi Gurus,

    I have problem with SMC 2.1 on Solaris 9, 8/03.
    I log in as root, open toolbox for NIS+ user administration (created as
    stated in admin guide in docs.sun.com), select user, everything is ok.
    When I change password, and click "ok", smc reports
    "Error: ... User XXX was partially modified. Check error log for details"
    Error log has this same info (I look at error log through smc, Log
    Viewer tool).
    The best thing is that it CHANGES the password (user can log in with new
    password). But what does this "partially" means?

    Any clues? Is there any more detailed log somewhere?
