cm to dtcm conversion

    I am trying to convert my calendar from cm to dtcm. I have done the
    conversion so that the callog file is in version 4 format, and it is
    in /var/spool/calendar. But dtcm still does not see anything. Does
    anyone have any other suggestions to get dtcm to read my file? In
    particular, I am wondering if there is a "start date" and if any entries
    are older than that it won't load or something like that. My calendar
    entries go back to 1996 and I could delete the older entries if necessary...
