update: E250 graphics card problem

    Poblem: No GUI/CDE on SUN E250 server

    Graphics card is PGX64 supplied by sun.
    While installing the packages from the driver CD(pgx)
    containing 5 packages for solaris 7
    SUNWm64
    SUNW64cf
    SUNWm64w
    SUNWm64x
    SUNWm64xr
    Except SUNWm64 all the packages are successfully
    installing without errors. Following is the error for
    SUNWm64 installation:

    Executing Post installation script
    (m64) already in use as a driver or alias
    Failed add_drv
    pkgadd: ERROR:post install script did not complete
    succesfully
    Installation failed.

    While installing SUNWm64xr a warning message will be
    displayed as <SUNWm64> is not installed properly.

    But pkginfo |grep m64 shows all the above packages.

    Executing X or Xsun from the Xservers file gives me
    the following error:
    /dev/fb: no such file or directory
    Graphics adapter device /dev/fb is of unknown type
    Ftal server error
    initOutput: error loading module for /dev/fb
    /usr/openwin/bin/xinit server error

    Also
    #ls -l /dev/fb
    l------- root root /dev/fb
    -> /devices/pci@1f,2000/SUNW,m64B@1:m640
    ok> show-devs
    also shows same for the m64 pci card.

    Also
    /dev/m640 is having a link to /dev/fbs/m640.
    But under /dev/fbs no files/directories.
    Can anyone help me in this regard.
