E220R auto boots

Hi again Gurus
I have a very strange problem on an E220R Solaris 8 patched with the latest
recommended patches by SUN.
For some incredible reason the server is booting up automatically (2 times
during the last month). The boot is clean and doesn't seem to be done from
some user
Infact the only entry that I could find is with the last command
reboot system boot Tue Dec 2 10:09
During that tomi no body was logged according to last
I did not find any thing in the sulog or syslog
This server has also another problem which for some reason when it resets it
hangs( I still have to investigate about it). When the above mentioned boot
occured the reset did not hang!!!
Does any body have the faintest idea of what is happening? I personaly don't
know from where to begin (hardware or software). Any hints are absolutely
welcome
