E450 problem ? or backup tape driver problem ?

    Recently, I found that my E450 is behaving strangely.
    1. All backup failed and when I checked the /var/adm/messages I got the following error messages.

    2. All server in my server farm will do a ntpdate every 30 of each hour to some famous time server but only this server have intermittent problem with this ntpdate. Why ??

    Anyone shed some light on me ? I will do a SUMMARY at last.
