PCI Ultra 5 wont see diskpack

I have a PCI Ultra 5 recently rebuilt with SOL9. It has a SYBIOS Logic Ultra
2 SCSI card in one of it's PCI slots. When I probe-scsi-all it sees the card
but not the drives. I have put the diskpack onto a U60 with onboard SCSI and
all the drives are visable. I've done reconfigure reboots, devfsadm,
changed the cable etc etc but I just can't get the box to see the disks.
Does anyone have any ideas why not? I suspect that the card is not compat.
with the ultra 5. Any ideas appreciated.
