Library file problem

     Hi
     I try to run make on any of my Solaris 8 Boxes, but it gives me the
     following error:

     ld.so.1: /cm/Make/gmake: fatal: linintl.so.2: open failed: No such
     file or directory.

     I searched for the file also in /usr/lib, but it isnt there, from
     where can I get this lost library file?

    Thanks a lot for Lars Hecking,
    I have downloaded the GNU gettext and ran the command:

    "configure --disable-nls"

    And it ended with no errors, but for the sorrow, still the library file
    is missing, so how can I get this library file? Can anyone point me to
    this?
