i want to install gcc-3.3.2 but..

    i have a sun ultra 10 machine.
    I want to install mrtg but it requires gcc.gd and libpng to be installed.
    When I tried to do ./configure for the source code of gcc-3.3..2 the system
    complains about the CC environment variable.it says the CC is not set to a
    working compiler.
    When i try to pkgadd a precompiled version of gcc the system complains about
    no space left on device.what do i do? plese i am stuck in here.
