Configuring and starting SMC

    I'm new to the Sun systems coming from HPUX, so bare with me here. I've got
    a SunFire V240 with a XVR-100 graphics card. I'm trying to setup the
    card and get the monitor so I can run the smc gui. I've installed the patch
    that is needed plus read up on fbconfig. Box is running Solaris 9

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
