[Q] How to create file system use outer edge of disk?

    We are doing the installation of SUN 3310 DISK array. This array is
    dedicate for ORACLE database to use. I saw a paper mention for good
    performance disk array should configure as RAID0+1 and assign high activity
    data file to "outer edge" of disk and use 1 MB stripe. My questions are:

    1. how to stripe file system (partition) use one megabyte stripe width?

    2. how to place file system on outer edge of disk?
