FTP on Solaris 9

    All:

    When I ftp from my sol8 v480 to my sol9 v480 I get 5MB/s (aka five).
    The other way around I get 60MB/s

    >From either machine, when I copy TO the remote machine across NFS I get
    50MB/s
    >From either machine, when I copy FROM the remote machine across NFS I get
    27MB/s

    So, I think its FTP.

    I recall reading a posting many months ago about needing to change an FTP
    parameter on SOl9 for it to play happy with other boxes.

    I have searched the FAQ and see nothing.

    Any ideas?
