We have a sister plant running an EMC Clariion FC4700 connected to two
V880 servers. They do not trust this storage, believing it to be
unreliable. I would like to ask the members of this list what their
experiences, good & bad, have been with the FC4700.

Re: large pop3 servers ... I also offer courier-imap for IMAP and IMAPS. ... I have 5 1U servers behind a pair of load balancers; ... I believe shared storage is more simple and doesn't cripple ... The thing that makes the shared storage possible is Maildir storage... (freebsd-isp)
Re: DNS-One Way Trust-questions.... ... If this is not the same forest (which is implied by a one-way trust since ... NETBIOS name resolution to work. ... Unless you are on a SINGLE subnet you will need WINS servers... (microsoft.public.win2000.dns)
RE: Vpools and v3.0-UPSTREAM LIO ... The storage part is based ... How about a "stateless" storage pool where each node knows ... Having central servers (and having to worry about the redundancy of said ... and either open/iSCSI or core iscsi) ... (Linux-Kernel)
