DR - Recovery differing machines

    We are in the process of relvaluating our DR purposes.
    In our situation we have created cd images of the production machines
    for faster recovery. Currently we are using Netra 220R the recovery
    works fine on the netra range of machines.

    We tried testing on a E250 which is a Ultra-250 while the 220 is a
    Ultra-60 both are sun4u What is the actual difference between these
    arcitectures when it comes to recovering images to the machines.

    Is it possible to recover an image from the 220r onto a E250 or other
    machine and have it work because if we loose a machine the people who
    own it may not supply the same architecture.
