    Hello guru

       we have cluster configuration are
       cluster 2.2
       e420R server x 2
       sunstoreedge d1000 x 2
       oracle is running on both the server
       to day i faced problem like root can login by telnet and work but normal
    or regular user were unable to login to the server .but cluster
    configuration and oralce services are running fine i captured the messages
    from /var/adm/messages . what may be the the cause
