first thanks for try to help me.
can anyone tell me why im getting this error when running "cfgadm -c
configure c3" ?
How can I fix?

i cant seem to get c3 to be configured. i also tried the "-o force_update"
option but it didnt help.

This is a solaris 8 server with the latest patches, i built it from a flash
archive of another server.
I do have link lights on both hba's and they are connected into a Sun 6320
SAN.
The server is an E250.
I have mpxio disabled in /kernel/drv/scsi_vhci.conf.
the hbas are qlogic but im not sure what model.

another major problem im also having is when i run vxinstall i get endless
errors like this:
