    i recoverd the volume.

    you should have 1. vxprint
    -hmvps log file 2. vxdisk list file

    then

    vxdisk -f init c1t0d0s6
    type=simple

    vxdg init osdg c1t0d0s6 type=simple

    vxdg -g osdg adddisk
    c1t0d0s6

    vxmake -g osdg -d vxprint-hmvps log file

    vxvol -g osdg init active
